尼崎市立大庄中学校の1年生の皆さんの特別講義。
先日、代表理事の銅冶が尼崎市立大庄中学校にて特別講義を行いました。
大庄中学校の先生方、生徒の皆さんありがとうございました！

この季節の体育館は懐かしい寒さでした。
尼崎市立大庄中学校の1年生の皆さんの特別講義。
「やってもやらなくてもいいは“まずやってみる”」と少しタイトルも変えて心機一転。ワークショップでは角度の高いアイディアや回答が出てくる元気一杯の1年生たちから出た「シェフになりたい！社長になりたい！野球選手になりたい！」という夢の数々が堂々たる素敵なお返事でした。
ふとアフリカの子どもたちとはじめて出会った2008年に小学生に同じ質問をした時に300人の生徒から出た夢の種類はたった4種類だったことを思い出しました。いまではガーナのCLOUDYスクールの子どもたちもたくさんの夢を描くことができていると思うと、夢の数だけ成長を感じられるのはアフリカの学校建設の醍醐味だな。
最後の質疑応答は中1らしい「好きな食べ物なんですか？」「結婚してますか？」そんな質問すらどう答えたら彼らのインパクトになるのかを考えると、教育者としての一つ一つの言葉選びはいつもフル回転あたまをはたらかせなければいけないな、先生ってすごいなと毎回脱帽。
大庄中学校の先生方、生徒の皆さんありがとうございました。校長先生にご承諾をいただき書き損じ切手ハガキボックスをサポートいただけることになりました。こうやって一緒にアクションしてくださる学校がどんどん増えたら嬉しいなと思っております。ぜひ我こそは、我が校は、我が社はという方お待ちしております。
The gymnasium was a nostalgic cold at this time of the year.
A special lecture for the first-year students of Osho Junior High School in Amagasaki City.
The title of the lecture was changed a bit to "Try it" to give the students a fresh start. The workshop was full of energetic first-year students who came up with highly angled ideas and answers, such as "I want to be a chef," "I want to be a president," and "I want to be a baseball player! These were magnificent and wonderful responses to their dreams.
It reminded me of my first encounter with African children in 2008, when I asked the same question to elementary school students, and only four dreams came out of 300 students. Now I think that the children of CLOUDY School in Ghana are able to dream many dreams, and I can feel their growth as many as the number of dreams they have, which is one of the best parts of building schools in Africa.
The last question and answer session was like a first grader's "What is your favorite food? Are you married?" I think about how I can answer such questions and how I can make an impact on them.
