週明け工場に戻ると…
子ども達のお喋りのレパートリーが増えていたり、
オーダーが多すぎる多すぎると先週文句を言っていたワーカーが「私たちプロフェッショナルだからまだまだ沢山作れるけど、どうする？😎」なんて言っていたり。
日々変わり続けるCLOUDY FACTORY。
週明けは特に工場に戻ってみんなと話す時間が楽しみなのです😂
工場で作れる商品がポケットしかなかった時代があるCLOUDY。今では色々な商品が作れるようになってワーカーみんな彼女達自身の成長に大喜び、我々感慨深いです。

When I back to the factory・・・some workers changed the hairstyle, the children are improving their language skills and some workers are complaining about the quantity of the products that it’s tooo much but now they’re telling me that 「If you guys want more products we can make it 😎」
I fee like this factory is changing every week and I like it 😂
I’m always looking forward to talk to them when I back from weekend.
We have a time which we can only make Pocket on T-shirts. But now we are able to make many kinds of products and workers are very excited of their improvements also it’s very thoughtful.
